Marko Brajovic - Architect graduated in Venice (Italy) and Master’s in Genetic Architecture (Bio-Digital) and Digital Arts both in Barcelona. Marko lives in São Paulo, where he is dedicated to architecture and design with a strong integration of biomimetics. Founder and Creative Director of Atelier Marko Brajovic responsible of projects such us NIKE Village and Coca-Cola Experience for Olympics in Rio de Janeiro 2016, Brazilian and Montenegro Pavilion at EXPO Milano 2015, David Bowie and Stanley Kubrick Exhibitions, Camper Together stores around the globe and Google VIP Office amongst others. Atelier Marko Brajovic is winner at: 2016 IF AWARD, Winner of the 2015 World Architecture Festival (Display category) and 2015 IF GOLD AWARD (Retail discipline), 2014 W Award and 2010 GOLD IDEA Brasil AWARD, just to name a few. Nacho Marti - Designer graduated from Elisava School of Design in
Barcelona and Master’s in Emergent Technologies and
Design from the Architectural Association in London.
He is the principal of Nacho Marti Design Studio, a
London-based practice whose work across Europe has
been exhibited, published and awarded internationally.
His research interests are material systems zero-waste
fabrication methods and the synergy between advanced
digital design, traditional crafts and low-tech fabrication
processes. He is currently combining practice with
teaching at the Architectural Association School of
Architecture. Alessandra Araujo – Biologist graduated from UNISA, MsC in Environmental Biochemistry by University of Hawaii, Marketing Program by Thunderbird University, Sustainable Urbanism at the Schumacher College (UK) and Principles for Sustainable Business at Fundação Dom Cabral. She worked at corporations for 13 years in companies such as ERM, Cushman & Wakefield Semco, Wal Mart Brazil and Brasil Telecom. Author of good practices for Brazilian Committee for Sustainable Construction (CBCS). Partner of GCP Architecture & Urbanism, leading projects and focusing in sustainable practices and biomimicry. Emphasis on Votu Hotel, project designed with Biomimicry Thinking. Professor of Biomimicry at AA (Architectural Association) Amazon Visiting School. Participation as lecturer on Biomimicry in several events and elaboration of workshops for Biomimicry learning and practice. Co-founder of Biomimicry Brasil. |
